Since we qualified towards the back of the field,

Since we qualified towards the back of the field, we decided to try a different strategy to gain track position. A caution was needed to help this strategy work. Unfortunately, a caution never came. We had to settle for a ninth place finish. We are hoping luck comes our way soon!

Started and finished P14 for the #17 JDC-Miller MotorSports Unitronic Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS at Laguna Seca. Chris Miller started the race and handed it over to Eric Filgueiras, who was filling in for new dad, Mikey Taylor. We keep learning the new car and are hoping to have a better result each time we hit the track.

The Grand Prix of Long Beach started strong for th

The Grand Prix of Long Beach started strong for the #85 JDC-Miller MotorSports Porsche 963, moving from 9th to 5th after a great start by Tijmen van der Helm and excellent pace. A caution came out 20 minutes into the race, where we pitted to take advantage of the yellow for the mandatory driver change to Gimmi Bruni. Gimmi was running with the leaders when an incident with a GTD car spun him into the tires. This forced us to stop and replace the broken rear wing. The crew swapped the rear wing in under a minute to remain on the lead lap. Unfortunately, there was no time to regain any spots, and we had to settle for a disappointing 10th position. We are hoping our luck turns for Laguna Seca in May.
